What a week! I have been working very closely with some of my stoptober clients helping them to prepare and finally quit smoking. Some clients are using this month to quit alcohol, which is a great idea. I am using this month to get fit and will start my first run in the morning, wish me luck!
Hypnotherapy is great for helping people both change a habits but also to motivate you to do the things you tend to put off. I am just off to find my running shoes. Have a great weekend Lynne
